Our Story
665 Patterson Ave was built from the ground up as a studio in the late 70's. With its vintage/modern look it's truly a building like no other. After being vacant for years, in summer 2011 Joel Sullivan decided to take this project on and gave the studio the facelift it deserves. Since then Breaker 17 Studio has been a Chattanooga music staple.

To book a session, there is a non-refundable $50 security deposit for Hourly Sessions and 50% security deposit for half and full day bookings.

The remainder of the balance for that day’s session will be paid before the session begins.

Cancellation notices have to be given before 7 days of your session.
We offer free studio tours by appointment only.
